Meet Our Founder — Vadim Brinzan
Founder & CEO, RichOak Advisors
Vadim Brinzan is a seasoned investment manager and visionary strategist with over 25 years of global experience spanning finance, technology, and public leadership. As the Founder and CEO of RichOak Advisors, he brings a rare combination of Wall Street acumen, sovereign-level economic leadership, and deep technical expertise in emerging technologies.
Previously a Director in Merrill Lynch’s Principal Investments group, Mr. Brinzan managed private equity funds and advised institutional investors on complex, high-value transactions across global markets. A Harvard MBA and trained engineer who completed a PhD in theoretical physics focused on quantum computing, Mr. Brinzan combines deep analytical rigor with strategic foresight to drive innovation and results.
Mr. Brinzan has been an early investor in AI and blockchain ventures and served as Moldova’s Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, where he spearheaded national reform and innovation initiatives. His multidisciplinary background—across investment banking, public policy, and deep tech—uniquely positions him to guide organizations navigating the convergence of AI, blockchain, and digital transformation.
